Connect your BlackBerry to your computer via USB and open Desktop Manager
Double click on MEDIA MANAGER, and Roxio will start, as below.
In the bottom left-hand corner, you will see your Device.

IMPORTANT: You can NOT drag media into the Phone Memory itself unless it is pictures.
The first time you use Media Manager, you may be asked if you wish for it to search your computer for files. This is totally user dependent, however, if you have your media fairly well organized on your computer already, then you can just by-pass this option, as it is just going to take up time searching when you already know where your media is.

In the bottom left-hand corner, expand the BlackBerry MEDIA CARD.
You will then see 4 folders labeled Music, Ringtones, Pictures, Video

NOTE: In the right hand side lower pane, if the labels don't show up, simply scroll down or expand the Roxio Manager.
In the upper area, click on the second tab, which will bring up your computer.

Now find your media.
In this example, we are going to pull a video over from the My Videos folder.
Double click which ever folder you are wanting to transfer media from.
Once you are in that folder, click on the file you wish to transfer.

NOTE: You may choose several files by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and clicking the files you wish to transfer over. You may also highlight or SELECT ALL items and move all of the contents in the folder.

Once you have the files you wish to transfer, press and hold the left mouse, and drag them to the corresponding folder.
NOTE: You can either drag them directly below, or you can drag them into the subfolders in the lower left-hand box.

When this option comes up, it is always best to choose "Convert for Optimal Playblack", as the Roxio Media Manager will compress and convert the file for mobile standards, allowing you to save space on your media card and have the best quality audio and video.

The files will now be converted.

Once the "Converting Files" box closes, the files will now be on your device.
NOTE: You will not be able to access or see the files on your BlackBerry as long as it is plugged into the computer. You must disconnect your BlackBerry from the computer in order to use the media player.
